Our homes can be a source of comfort and retreat from the world or they cause us additional stress and frustration. Our environments affect us, sometimes more than we even know. You just feel it when you walk into a space. It’s got a vibe and it tells a story.

I’m Jody Pittner, owner and founder of Silver Like the Moon, and I love creating products and designing spaces that evoke emotion. I want someone to hold one of my creations or walk into a space I’ve styled and feel something. With my background as an artist and therapist, I have a deep understanding about the psychology and relationship we humans have to our environments. Whether I’m designing a surface pattern collection for my home goods line, a beautiful custom wallpaper, an art piece, or one of my curated spaces, I pour all of my creativity and energy into my work.

I create hand-illustrated and digital patterns inspired by nature, designed for fabrics, wallpaper, and more. My goal is to transform ordinary objects into something beautiful and meaningful.
